Parents, the video says, Cycle C, but the story is the same for Cycle B

Craft - “Fishy Invitation”

• Construction paper or cardstock

• Goldfish crackers (optional)

• Scissors

• Glue or tape

• String or pipe cleaners

• Crayons or markers

• Stickers or other decorations

For printable fish shapes, click here:

1. Draw a fish shape on a piece of paper or cardstock or get an adult to help you with this.

2. Decorate the paper with captions, verses, stickers, and a personal message inviting others to Children's Liturgy

3. Add stickers, eyes, glitter, or other “fishy” designs - whatever you want

4. Cut out the fish shape. Add a string or pipe cleaner if desired. Tape or string goldfish crackers, if desired. Choose someone to send it to and invite a friend to Children's Liturgy!

5. If you want to send the invitation by email with an adult's help, no need for the pipecleaners or Goldfish crackers. Just have an adult take a picture of your work and they can send it to whoever you choose. Then just eat your Goldfish crackers instead!

Great job! You just became a fisher of men, just like Jesus asked you to!
